  2. A lot of emphasis on the front raises… Shouldn't the military press, or Arnold press or seated over head press already use the front delts…. If not i need to use them

    My Favourite shoulder routine 👏👏👏except the seated dumbell press…I prefer the Olympic bar for seated pressing…i struggle with the dumbbells. .it becomes an endurance 😥

  5. Nice bro can you do a dumbell only upper body please . I only have dumbells.and no gym
